pump.fun, topped off
Every coin launched here pours part of its creator fees into one shared Tank. When a coin reaches 85% of its pump.fun curve, its holders vote, and the Tank can buy the rest of the curve and burn it.
Launches open soon: the first real launch is being tested on mainnet. You can fill in the launch page now; your draft stays in this browser.

pump.fun alone, or with Topoff
On pump.fun alone
- A coin at 90% that runs out of buyers stalls there, often for good.
- Creator fees go to one wallet and help no one else.
- Nobody can finish the curve except more buyers.
With Topoff
- Holders of a coin at 85%+ can call the Tank and vote for 24 hours.
- Every launch pours part of its creator fees into one shared Tank, on-chain.

How it works
Pour
Launch a pump.fun coin here and pick 50, 75 or 100% of its creator fees. pump.fun pays that share to the Tank, on every trade.
Call
When the coin reaches 85% of its curve, any holder can call the Tank. Holders vote yes or no for 24 h, for free.
Top off
If the vote passes and the Tank can cover it, the Tank buys everything left on the curve and burns it. The coin migrates.
For creators
A shot at the last mile
The last stretch of a curve is where most coins die. Launch here and your holders can call a Tank that every other launch fills too.
You pick the pour
50, 75 or 100% of your creator fees. It's sealed in the metadata and set in pump.fun's own fee split, so buyers can check it.
One prompt, no extra fee
Creation, dev buy and fee split are approved together in your wallet. Topoff takes nothing.
For traders
See how close it is
Every card has the gauge: the needle at the real curve progress, and the SOL it would take to finish the curve right now.
Your bag is your vote
Hold the coin, sign a yes or a no for free. Your weight is what you still hold at the close, capped at 5%.
Tokens bought are burned
The Tank never holds or sells a coin: what it buys is burned in the same transaction, on Solscan for anyone to check.
Does the Tank pay?
Move the sliders. The thresholds are the real ones, run by the same code that counts real votes.
Simulation. No real coin.
- Turnout ≥ 10%
- Yes
- More yes than no
- Yes
- Fill needs (gap + 3%)
- 12.36 SOL
- Tank may spend (50%)
- 15.00 SOL
The Tank tops it off. The Tank buys the rest of the curve and burns it. The coin migrates.
Who enforces what
A promise that nobody enforces isn't a guarantee. Here is who stands behind each one.
The poured share of the creator fees goes to the Tank, and the split can't be edited.
Enforced on-chain by pump.fun fee sharingAt launch the creator signs pump.fun's fee-sharing setup: the Tank's vault gets the poured share, the creator the rest. pump.fun allows one update, then revokes the admin. Each coin page reads the split on-chain and says when it doesn't match.
The pour can't change after launch.
Enforced on-chain by pump.fun and IPFSThe pour and the Tank's address are written in the coin's metadata JSON, whose IPFS address pump.fun fixed at creation.
Nobody can take SOL out of the Tank alone.
Enforced on-chain by Squads v4 multisigThe Tank is a Squads multisig vault. Every spend is a proposal that needs the threshold of member signatures, and waits out the time lock if one is set. /tank shows the members, the threshold and every proposal.
A fill buys the rest of the curve and burns it, all of it or none of it.
Enforced on-chain by Solana and SquadsThe buy and the burn are two instructions of one vault transaction. If the price moved past the margin, the buy fails and nothing is spent. Buying the last token completes the curve; pump.fun then migrates the coin.
Votes are counted by the published rules.
Tracked by TopoffEach vote is a wallet signature, published with its balance at vote time and at the close. Weight is the smaller of the two, capped at 5% of the circulating supply; the vote passes with 10% turnout and more yes than no. The coin page shows every ballot so you can recount.
The Tank only pays when it can cover the whole gap.
Tracked by TopoffA fill needs the gap plus 3%, and may not use more than 50% of the Tank. The site refuses to build any other fill.
A vote that passes gets filled.
Tank signers' wordA Squads multisig can't act by itself: its members must propose, approve and execute the fill. The coin page shows how long a passed vote has waited. No program forces them.
The coin holds its price after it migrates.
NobodyFinishing a curve moves the coin to PumpSwap. It can still lose all its value in minutes.
Fees
Every fee is shown again before you sign. Topoff takes none.
Creating the coin
No pump.fun creation fee; about 0.02 SOL of rent for the new accounts, and network fees
Solana
Setting the fee split
Rent for pump.fun's sharing config (about 0.006 SOL) and a network fee, in the same wallet prompt
Solana
Trading on the curve
pump.fun's protocol and creator fees on every buy and sell, your dev buy included (live rate on /docs)

Questions
+Where does the Tank's SOL come from?
From the creator fees of every coin launched here. pump.fun charges a creator fee on each trade; with Topoff, the share the creator poured is paid by pump.fun to the Tank's vault instead of the creator's wallet.
+Who can call the Tank?
Any holder of the coin, once its curve is at 85% or more and its fees reach the Tank. Calling is a free signature that opens a 24 h vote.
+How are votes weighed?
By tokens: the smaller of your balance when you vote and when the vote closes, capped at 5% of the circulating supply. Buying in after voting doesn't add weight; selling before the close removes it.
+Can someone split one bag across many wallets?
Yes, and that's why weight follows tokens rather than wallets: splitting a bag doesn't add weight. It only gets around the 5% cap for a whale with more than that.
+What if the vote passes but the Tank is too low?
Nothing is spent. The Tank never pays part of a gap. The coin can call again after 24 h, when the Tank may be fuller.
+Who presses the button on a fill?
The Tank's signers, in Squads: one proposes the fill, the others approve it in Squads, one executes. The site only builds a fill for a coin whose vote passed and that the Tank can cover.
+Why does the Tank burn what it buys?
So it never holds a coin it could sell later. The SOL becomes a completed curve and a smaller supply, nothing else.
+Does Topoff hold my keys or my SOL?
No. Your wallet signs everything in your browser. The Tank's SOL sits in a Squads vault, not in a key the site holds.
+Is Topoff part of pump.fun?
No. It is an independent site built on pump.fun's public programs and official SDK, and on Squads.
